You’re wondering what are the easiest coding languages to learn in 2020?
Learning to code can set you up for a fulfilling and rewarding career. But if it’s your first time coding, you might wonder: is coding hard to learn?
The simple answer is no, coding actually isn’t hard to learn.
Why? Because if you take the time and have a little patience, you can really learn just about anything– and coding is no exception.
In this video, we’ll examine why coding actually isn’t hard to learn, and we’ll show you the easiest languages so you can start on the right foot. (Sneak peak I recommend starting with JavaScript and Ruby. Watch the whole video to learn why those 2 languages)
You’ll get to know which languages are the hardest to learn as well, but you can tackle these after getting a few of the easier ones down first.
So let’s get started!

I’ve always wanted to learn code I’m gonna try JavaScript thank you
Ruby has been on the way down for a while. But python and JavaScript are good suggestions. I would add Red as a good starting point for someone totally fresh.
Easiest programming language to learn before 2020: JavaScript

learning to code is fun. learning the syntax of a languague isnt fun.
JavaScript hardly makes any logical sense when you are making big projects.

Learning to code is easy but making useful projects with the tools you learned it's where the fun stops if you don't understand the concept of programming.
I've seen an ad for a coding language (I forgot the name, tho f), it says you can basically just tell it what you want, it really did seem simple. Ex: you want to print, just put print then anything after that, no parenthesis, no colons, no semi-colons, nothing like that, which seemed really weird, I wondered how that worked. If I remember correctly, the name starts with something like B1G or something like that.
Very helpful in deciding which language to start with. And I'm a wanna-be developer in the womb… meaning worse than a newbie!!
1. HTML
2. Ruby
3. JavaScript
4. Python

Thank me in the comments
I want to be programmer like you
Thanks for this video it's so useful im gonna start ruby 🙂
easiest program: scratch
I was wondering are programming and coding the same thing?
Python? Remake that video when you stop using drugs. Python is a frustrating and unlearnable shit for a beginner.
I'll try Ruby though, at least see if it has any uses in things I need
I take it back, Ruby is just another web language which I don't need
Thanks You
You Helped Me
python is the most easy for me
🙁My placements are gonna start in next 2 months and I don't know any coding languages properly!!! 💔 Ohh god save me!!!
Why is lua language not on the list?
i'd rather learn php than ruby lol
I own up to my name
What do you mean C# Is a hard language to learn? I pretty easily made a calculator from scratch several time over In just 10 minute (WITH help from a tutorial of course) using Visual Studies for C#
could of just googled it like they showed in the vid…
Where are all the ruby jobs?
i recomend not taking CS50x course. It starts off learning Scratch which is a language built for kids to learn programing and the next step is C which is hard and painfully boring
I really want a hacking program
As soon as you said Java, you lost me. I cannot take this video seriously, this video is some sort of a troll.
Didnt they stop java?
