The "tip top" samosa place opened around 25- 30 years ago as a small mom and pops store slash street joint inside an alleyway to a courtyard by popular shopping area in the city – indrachowk. It was so popular around the valley, everyone loved it. It became one of the most popular samosa place in the valley, Imagine if there was social media and internet back then…. however, since it was a small place without a name. There was a tailoring store next door name "tip top", I believe it is still there now too. Hence, the customers and people started calling the name of the samosa place as tip top. Ever since it is still known today as "tip top samosa".. just a little history background for Christine. your Vlogs are great. keep it up.

What do Nepalese called a small saucer made of leaves. And how do they do that. It seems it environmental friendly.
Pani Puri and the normal puris are not the same. The Pani puri is made of semolina while the normal puri is made of white flour. Both are delicious but extremely unhealthy. Even Samosa and Kachori – while the most delicious snacks in the world are also extremely unhealthy. The combination of white flour, cheap vegetable oil, and potatoes and salt is extremely detrimental to health.
